Established in New York City in 1936, we are a second generation family owned rare book and manuscript business, whose founder, Howard S. Mott, was a founding member of ABAA. We buy and sell interesting rare books and manuscripts on a wide variety of subjects in any language from the 16th century to the 20th. Our specialties include English and American literature, Americana, West Indies (esp. Lesser Antilles), manuscripts and historical documents, military, juveniles, pamphlets and broadsides, and unusual imprints from around the world. We are open by appointment
